Brian Beal Moore Catering orchestrated our wedding reception of about thirty-five people at a local establishment in Washington, DC. We told him to "have at it" and put together an event from top to bottom - the menu, the drinks, the design and, yes, the location as well. Really could not have asked for more. He was engaged throughout the process, giving us one creative idea after another, while always eliciting our feedback to make sure that his vision matched our own. It did, but he always added some flare to give it a little more pop than what we would have been able to come up with on our own. I would urge anyone who is planning a wedding in the Washington, DC area to reach out to Brian Beal Moore Catering and see how he can help you make your reception the best possible. For those who are planning a wedding outside the area, well, sorry... you are out of luck.

Brian Beal Moore Catering created every detail of my daughter's wedding two years ago, and Brian was perfection to work with. I was introduced to him by a friend after expressing frustration with poor communication from other catering companies, as well as the venue I wanted. Brian came to our house and had incredible ideas! I shared with him my disappointments, and he took a look at our backyard. He suggested putting the cost of the venue (big bucks!) into freshening up the landscaping - I already had many large white hydrangea bushes that would be in bloom at reception time. I agreed to it and planted more white flowers, as he suggested, that would be in bloom at the right time too, and upgraded the lighting and more. Well, Brian transformed it into a stunning English Garden with gorgeous table linens, white Parisian cafe chairs, and even more white hydrangeas! His taste is exquisite! The buffet was stunning - his team prepared beautiful items with the most colorful and freshest ingredients. (The Salmon was fantastic, sprinkled with edible flowers!) His suggestion of a harpist to play through cocktails and dinner was so regal and elegant! (We had Deviled Quail Eggs with Caviar as a passed hors d'oeuvres and they were AWESOME!) But the most amazing thing happened last year, on my daughter's first anniversary, as she and I, with our husbands, sat in the again blooming garden, and remembering her wedding day. Looking out over the beautiful flowers Brian had chose, she remarked that it was the best and most beautiful reception imaginable! That made me so happy and proud. You must introduce yourself to Brian, as he is truly gifted and unmatched!
