Brian understands that culinary celebrations are central to all cultures, reflective of their values and traditions, and shall never be replaced by technological automation.

With a degree in art history, he was educated abroad, and moved to Washington DC to pursue a career as a museum professional. It was while at America's first museum of modern art he learned the unique craft of creating functions that are charmingly personalized, insightfully planned, and marvelously memorable.
His knowledge of the global histories, various preparations, and enjoyment of foods, accompanied by a vast visual vocabulary, is rare and unique.
With over two decades of professional development in off-site catering, he has won awards and accolades many times. Often years later, clients and guests readily recall the magic of his influential gatherings.
Gustavo A. Mendoza
CFO/Art Director
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Gustavo came to Montgomery County, Maryland at the age of fifteen to attend a private boarding school and continue onto higher education, in Washington DC, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in arts/design.

He pursued his career in art direction internationally in both South America and Europe.
​
Returning to Washington, DC, he held the prominent position of art director at a nationally recognized K Street non-profit for seventeen years.
​
In 2015 he joined forces with Brian Beal Moore Catering to help expand and grow the organization, bringing with him an immeasurably international flair and cultural understanding. Gustavo puede atenderle en Castellano. We proudly serve the LGBTQ community.
